The Five Sessions
Each session is 30 minutes, 1-to-1, and costs £10. Work through them in order or jump to what you need most.
Session 1: Introduction
Is games retail right for you? We'll talk honestly about what the business actually involves — the good parts and the hard parts — and whether your idea has legs.
Session 2: Foundations
Business structure, banking, legal basics, and setting yourself up properly from day one so you don't have to unpick problems later.
Session 3: Systems
The tools you'll need — Shopify, POS, inventory management, accounting. What to use, what to avoid, and how to connect it all together.
Session 4: Channels
Where will you sell? Your own website, eBay, Amazon, markets, a physical shop? We'll look at the pros, cons and practicalities of each.
Session 5: Launch
You're ready to go. Let's make sure your launch is planned, your systems are live, and you're not missing anything obvious before you open the doors.
